User Accounts and Registration

   • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

2. Account Security:

   • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
   • You must not share your account with others.

3. User Responsibilities:

   • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
   • You are responsible for ensuring your birth information is accurate, as this directly affects the quality of fortune analysis.

Content and Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through DestinyMap, including but not limited to fortune analysis algorithms, BaZi calculation methods, user interface, and documentation, is protected under copyright law.

• Your Personal Data: You retain ownership of your birth information and personal data. We only use it to provide you with our services.
• Fortune Analysis Results: While the analysis results are generated specifically for you, the underlying algorithms, methodologies, and presentation remain the property of DestinyMap.
• Platform Content: All text, graphics, logos, and other materials on DestinyMap are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

• Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service
• Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Credits and Pricing

DestinyMap operates on a credit-based system:

1. Credit System:

   • New users receive free credits upon registration
   • Credits are consumed when accessing certain premium features
   • Credits can be purchased through our pricing plans

2. Pricing and Payments:

   • All credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
   • Unused credits do not expire as long as your account remains active
   • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to users
   • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
   • You agree to pay all charges associated with your credit purchases

3. Refund Policy:

   • Credit purchases are generally non-refundable
   • Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for technical issues or service failures
   • To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase

Account Termination

1. Termination by You:

   • You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
   • Upon termination, your personal data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.
   • Unused credits will be forfeited upon account deletion.

2. Termination by Us:

   • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
   • Violations may include, but are not limited to: abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, or repeated violations of these Terms.
   • In cases of account suspension or termination for violations, no refunds will be provided.

• We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Fortune analysis results are for entertainment and educational purposes only and should not be relied upon for making important life decisions.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• DestinyMap shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the service
  • Any fortune predictions or analysis provided by the service
  • Any decisions made based on our fortune readings
  • Unauthorized access to your account or data
  • Technical failures or interruptions of service

• Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DestinyMap, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
